Standard/Business/Large Non-profit (budget of $250k or more):

  • Flex: $125/hour*

  • Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio):

    • $60/hour private (class or rehearsal)

    • $90/hour public rental and/or use of tech systems (includes staffing cost)

  • Carole’s Dance Studio: $60/hour

Arts Organization/Small Non-profit (budget Of Less Than $250k):

  • Flex: $90/hour*

  • Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio):

    • $45/hour private (class or rehearsal)

    • $75/hour public rental and/or use of tech systems (includes staffing cost)

  • Courtyard (includes Eli’s Room): $100/hour.

    • Available April-October.

  • Carole’s Dance Studio: $45/hour

Individual Artist (not affiliated with an organization):

  • Flex: $65/hour*

  • Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio):

    • $25/hour private

    • $55/hour public rental and/or use of tech systems (includes staffing cost)

  • Courtyard (includes Eli’s Room): $80/hour.

    • Available April-October.

  • Carole’s Dance Studio: $25/hour

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Rental rates for Eli’s Room and Carole’s Dance Studio do not include staffing. Staffing, when required, is an additional expense.

  • Rental rates for the Flex include staffing, which is mandatory. 

  • Flex rentals must be scheduled according to our noise transfer policies, which can be found here: Noise Transfer Policy

  • Courtyard rentals are available between April and October on a limited basis. 

  • Emailing ncfa@nohoarts.org is usually the best way to communicate about rentals, and we strive for prompt replies to inquiries. If you email and don't receive a reply within three business days, please call and leave a message and we will get back to you right away. 

  • Weddings, Private Parties and Corporate events please contact us for a quote.

STAFFING

  • Flex rentals always include a staffing fee.

  • For other spaces, if any of the following applies, at least one NCFA staff member must be onsite during your rental, and you will be charged for staffing:

    • If your event is open to the public

    • If you plan to leave the outside doors unlocked for any amount of time during your rental

  • More than one staff member may be required for larger or more complex events.

  • There is a charge of $30/hour per staff member onsite for the duration of your rental.

  • Additional fees related to staffing that may apply:

    • Risers fee (Flex space) - $75

    • Cleaning fee - $50

    • Piano tuning - $200

NOTES

  • Rental time frames must cover your entire time in the space, including any set-up and breakdown time.

  • Non-profit/arts/community rentals must be a minimum of one hour, and total rental time is calculated in no less than half-hour increments.

  • Weddings, private parties and corporate events must be a minimum of five hours, and total rental time is calculated in no less than half-hour increments.

  • The building is a multi-use, multi-arts facility. Other events may take place in adjacent spaces, and the lobby is a publicly accessible space.

  • Rates are subject to change. Please refer to this rate sheet before booking.

  • Some financial assistance is available for rentals via our Community Fund.
