Rental Rates

Rates listed below for Eli’s Room and Carole’s Dance Studio do not include staffing. Staffing, when required, is an additional expense. Staffing rates can be found further down on this page.*

Standard/Business/Large Non-profit (budget of $250k or more):

Flex: $105/hour*

Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio): $50/hour

Carole’s Dance Studio: $50/hour

Arts Organization/Small Non-profit (budget Of Less Than $250k):

Flex: $90/hour*

Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio): $45/hour

*Courtyard (includes Eli’s Room): $100/hour. The Courtyard is available April-October.

Carole’s Dance Studio: $45/hour

Individual Artist:

Flex: $65/hour*

Eli’s Room (Downstairs Studio): $25/hour

*Courtyard (includes Eli’s Room): $80/hour. The Courtyard is available April-October.

Carole’s Dance Studio: $25/hour

*Courtyard rentals are available between April and October on a limited basis for arts-only programming.

* STAFFING:

If any of the following applies, at least one NCFA staff member must be onsite during your rental, and you will be charged for staffing:

  • If your event is open to the public

  • If you plan to leave the outside doors unlocked for any amount of time during your rental

  • If you plan on using any of our tech systems in the Flex space (i.e professional sound system, projector, theatrical lighting)

More than one staff member may be required for larger or more complex events.

Flex rentals always include a staffing fee.

There is an charge of $30/hour for per staff member onsite for the duration of your rental.

Additional fees that may apply:

  • Risers fee (Flex space)…$75

  • Cleaning fee…$50

  • Piano tuning…$150

Weddings, Private Parties and Corporate EVENTS

NOTES:

  • Non-profit/arts/community rentals must be a minimum of one hour, and total rental time is calculated in no less than half-hour increments.

  • Weddings, private parties and corporate events must be a minimum of five hours, and total rental time is calculated in no less than half-hour increments.

  • The building is a multi-use, multi-arts facility. Other events may take place in adjacent spaces, and the lobby is a publicly accessible space.

  • The building, owned by the Northampton Community Arts Trust, is undergoing a multi-phase buildout process. The physical infrastructure is rented ‘as is’, e.g. surfaces in some areas are not fully finished, including the lobby floors.

  • Rates are subject to change. Please refer to this rate sheet before booking.

  • Some financial assistance is available for rentals via our Community Fund.
