This class will teach some of the fundamental skills of a proficient contact improviser. We will warm gently into improvisation and contact. This class is geared toward beginners but all levels would benefit from the instruction and practice.

From the instructor, Dylan Cowie-Haskell: Contact Improvisation became my one true love when I discovered it in Cambridge, MA in 2021. Since then, I have been a devoted student and teacher. I am excited to bring my combination of play, emotional awareness and rigor as a teacher and to share the form that has brought so much joy and growth to my life.
