Stomping Grounds Dance Festival is a summer event that grew out of a series of dance performances created at the Northampton Center for the Arts as a vehicle for connecting the dance community across style, existing cohorts, geography, and experience. Stomping Grounds features local artists creating original, movement-based performance pieces. Please join us on Saturday, August 9th for two exciting concerts at 4:00pm and 6:00pm, with a reception at 5:00pm featuring site dances and the chance to enjoy refreshments and mingle with festival artists. The reception is included with a ticket to either performance. Come to one event or all three!

This festival features works by Lisa Leizman Dance Company, Kelly Silliman, Zazie Tobey, Lexi Major Jameson, Amy Dawn Kotel, Hayley White, Nona Monahin, Francesca Baron, Sharon MacDonald, Chelsea Perry, Miranda Busansky + Piper Morrison, Maeve Sterbenz, and Michelle Marroquin.
