Hooray, it's Queer Kids Fest 2025!
On Saturday, October 25, 10:00 am-2:30pm, join us for a joyful festival of music, art, books, and creativity for 2SLGBTQIA+ kids, families, and allies at the Northampton Center for the Arts at 33 Hawley.
QUEER KIDS FEST SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10am: Doors open for crafting, face-painting, snacking, books & more fun!
10:30-11:15am: Storytime with award-winning author Kyle Lukoff
11:30am-12:15pm: Performance by the Grumpytime Club Band
12:30-1:20pm: Open Mic Youth Variety Show*
1:30-1:45pm: Crafty Parade with Resilient Community Arts
1:45-2:20pm: Performances by Rhythm & Radiance Kids Chorus and Queer Joy Chorus
ALL DAY:Activist cookbook signing by author Corrie Locke-Hardy
High Five Books vending the best-ever queer kidlit
Crooked Stick Pops and Sapsucker Popcorn vending yummy snacks!
*Youth ages 6 to 18 are invited to sign up for 5-minute open mic performance slots of songs, jokes, stand-up comedy, music and more, sign up HERE!
