Welcoming in the darker days through movement and music, in an embrace of parts of us that hold fear and grief as well as hope and joy. These parts are given space for restorative relaxation and then invited to move gently through phases of somatic awareness. Through witnessing, mirroring and sculpting participants share in unburdening negative aspects of the doubtful critic and bring In playfulness, curiosity, passion and creativity. Sensing that we’ve created a safe space for them to be seen and heard, grief and fear are held with the healing elements of joy and gratitude. With music and Self energy at the helm and our bio-emotional bodies as the vehicle, we’ll gently move through the unfolding of this process, as forces of spirit emerge that are greater than what our mind can construe.
