We rent space from our great supporter, The Northampton Arts Trust, the owner of 33 Hawley. The Trust’s mission is to protect and ensure the long-term vitality of the Northampton community through the acquisition and preservation of affordable and accessible space for creative work.

We share 33 Hawley with two other collaborating organizations:
A.P.E.—Available Potential Enterprises, Ltd.—which supports contemporary artists working in all disciplines, by preserving and supporting the spaces in which they create, perform and exhibit their work.
Northampton Media (a/k/a Northampton Community TV), a community media arts center whose mission is to serve as a model organization to enable expression of all kinds across mediums, providing resources and programming and educational opportunities to the community through all means technologically available.

The Center for the Arts has three resident performance companies: the Lisa Leizman Dance Company, the Happy Valley Guitar Orchestra, and SHOW Circus Studio.

The Center has longstanding collaborative relationships with other groups in Northampton, including the Downtown Northampton Association, our collaborator on Arts Night Out, and the Northampton Arts Council.
