Winter Series: Mondays, January 7 – February 25, 10am – 12 noon
Spring Series: Mondays, March 11 – April 9, 10am – 12 noon
Summer Series: Mondays, May 6 – June 24, 10am – 12 noon
This class is for intermediate and advanced dancers who want to move and play in a variety of forms. Warm-up is influenced by several movement practices, including Pilates, Yoga, the Feldenkrais Method®, and Authentic Movement. Movement style will draw upon hip-hop, modern, ballet, breaking, martial arts, and improvisation. Come enjoy the pleasure of finding ease through gentle movement explorations and take that into dynamic, athletic dancing.
