Engage in movement games and somatic-embodiment practices and be invited into your body. Each session will be focused on a specific emotion: Grief, Shame, Anger, Joy. Though it is all connected and you may feel all of this and more in one session.

We will discover how the body and mind hold emotions, practice understanding, embracing and freeing our emotions appropriately. We will be doing this in a group, while simultaneously on our own journeys.

I am influenced by a number of movement/somatic practices, such as, Dance of Oneness, Authentic Movement, Community Dance Practice, and specifically Mettler-based dance, which I have been trained in.

All abilities and people are welcome.
