This Awareness Through Movement® series will zoom in on the movements of the Ankles, Pelvis, Jaw, as well as integrating the whole self. This may be very helpful for anyone who experiences back, neck or other body aches. And it is for anyone who is curious about life, movement, habits, mindfulness, personal growth, how to work with pain, and changing their self-image. This is a gentle movement class with a focus on how we are doing specific guided movements not doing anything "perfectly." No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity.
